Dr Bruce, What is the maximum amount of light pollution a photoperiod plant can deal with outdoor? I grow in pots and I usually put my autos in a small shed out back with the doors open for airflow, but I'm gonna put a couple photo periods outside and want to measure the amount of light pollution in my backyard to figure out if its necissary for me to close the shed doors at night, if so i'm going to install an exhaust fan in the shed.

i've heard that plants need different NPK in different life stages. (veg/early bloom/late bloom/letting the plant die in the pot). and that confuses me. people say that you need twice as much P over N, or even no N late into the bloom. I use organic fertilizer which would make that not possible Im currently doing my first grow because it was legalized here in germany and i've been watering my plants with ph 6 water and measured the soil ph yesterday and it's 6.9. I've also measured the unused soil still in the bag and its 6.1. how does it happen that the soil ph is higher even tho the water ph and base soil ph is ~6

I've started to collect data regarding the chlorophyll in each of our cultivar (I work in a large cannabis greenhouse) Is there research available regarding the normal range of chlorophyll in the cannabis plant and how the plant nutrition affects the chlorophyll concentration? Ah. So this explains a lot. I have 4 Mars Hydro R1000 with far red diodes in them. I have some plants (of the same strain) that are growing tall and slender while the others are growing tall AND wide with huge fan leaves. Interesting.
